Implement Title Tags to Improve Your Ranking in Google

There are many ways by which you can improve your page ranking in Google. The most important SEO technique is the title tags. Title tags is one of the important part of "on-page" elements, a part of SEO technique which helps to improve your ranking in Google.

All Search engines gives importance to each word in the title tag from left to right.



The title tag contains two parts.
1. Blog post title (left side)
2. Blog Name (right side)

Check Your Web Page Load Time is the Blog post title and
Blogging Tips is the Blog Name.

Lets see how we can implement it in blog.

1. In your Blogger dashboard, go to “Layout” => “Edit HTML”.

2. In the template code, do a search for this line:

<title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title>
3. Replace the above code with the following code:

<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == "index"'> <title><data:blog.title/></title> <b:else/> <title><data:blog.pageName/> | <data:blog.title/></title> </b:if>
4. Save your template and view your blog. Click any individual post and you can view the title tag look at the page title.
